Effect-Matrix Free Photo Collage 0.9 is a simple to use and fun freeware application that allows you to create your own digital photo collages and scrapbooks by using all the pictures and photos you have in your computer.
This application permits you to edit your images with effects such as, rotating, resizing, altering the overlay order, putting picture frames to it, adding shadows, changing positions, putting mask templates, collage templates, layers, you can also make your image look like it has faded in the edges, sepia, crayon, etc.
This program also permits you to choose how you prefer your collage to be. It drags and drops your photos, personalizes your work with the images you have in your computer, and allows you to select any image to be in the background. This application saves your work in .jpg, .bmp, .png, .gif, and .tiff image formats, so you can upload your collages to the internet, send to friends or use it as wallpaper.
